Nick joined VRA in 2025. His primary responsibilities focus on delivering value throughout all aspects of the deal by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting value-added analysis, generating dynamic presentation materials and facilitating communication and information flow.
Prior to joining the firm, Nick worked at Stonemont, a privately held investment firm, where he supported investment activities, strategic initiatives and capital markets efforts. Prior to Stonemont, Nick was an investment banking associate at Stephens in the firm's industrial distribution and services group, where he participated in a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions for clients in the middle-market. Nick began his career at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.
Nick received a BBA from the University of Georgia.
