VRA Partners

Georgi Gullia brings over 10 years of relationship management experience to VRA Partners as their Director of Business Development.  Mrs. Gullia is responsible for developing and cultivating the firm’s relationships with middle market business owners, private equity investors and strategic partners.
 
Prior to joining VRA Partners, Georgi managed business development efforts for a team with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney that provided wealth advisory services to individuals and corporate retirement plans.  From 2006 to 2009,   Georgi was the Director of Business Development for Focus LLC, a boutique investment banking firm with offices in Atlanta.  While with Focus LLC, she managed the firm’s regional marketing efforts and was responsible for fostering relationships with middle-market business owners across a broad range of industries.  From 2001 to 2006, Georgi held client relationship management positions with John Hancock and Trusco Capital Management. 
 
From 2000 to 2001, Georgi was an investment banking analyst with KPMG Corporate Finance LLC and worked in the Communications and Media group.  Georgi began her career with The Robinson Humphrey Company as an equity research assistant covering Outsourced Business Services companies.  
 
Georgi graduated cum laude, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Georgia in 1998.
